Biblical Cosmology, The Heavens

 

The true nature of this world has been hidden from us for countless generations. We no longer see creation as our ancestors did. We have become complacent, believing ourselves to be more advanced in reasoning and understanding while being conditioned to accept whatever the media tells us. From an early age, we are taught not to question authority, leaving many blind to alternative perspectives. This is why those who believe in the biblical cosmological model are often ridiculed, despite dedicating countless hours to studying books, articles, and videos, and even conducting experiments.

I have previously explored the biblical creation model but felt compelled to return to shed light on the heavens, often referred to as the firmament. Initially, I believed the firmament was a singular structure. However, further investigation revealed that the heavens consist of seven distinct firmaments, each with a unique purpose.

“And Elohim said, “Let an expanse come to be in the midst of the waters, and let it separate the waters from the waters.” And Elohim made the expanse, and separated the waters which were under the expanse from the waters which were above the expanse. And it came to be so. And Elohim called the expanse ‘heavens.’ And there came to be evening and there came to be morning, the second day.” (Genesis 1:6-8)

The word translated as "expanse" in the TS2009 version of Scripture is raqiya, which refers to something solid and expansive—rendered as "firmament" in other translations. Notably, the use of the plural form of "heavens" provides our first indication in Scripture that there is more than one distinct realm above us.

“Can you, with him, spread out the sky, which is strong as a cast metal mirror?” (Job 37:18)

The Physical Properties of the Heavens

“And thereupon we saw His works, and praised Him, and lauded before Him on account of all His works; for seven great works did He create on the first day. And on the second day He created the firmament in the midst of the waters, and the waters were divided on that day -half of them went up above and half of them went down below the firmament (that was) in the midst over the face of the whole earth. And this was the only work Elohim created on the second day.” (Jubilees 2:3-4)

“Again, on the second day, you created the spirit of the firmament and commanded it to divide and separate the waters, so that one part might move upward and the other part remain beneath.” (2 Edras 6:41)

“Praise Yah! Praise יהוה from the heavens, Praise Him in the heights! Praise Him, all His messengers; Praise Him, all His hosts! Praise Him, sun and moon; Praise Him, all you stars of light! Praise Him, heavens of heavens, And you waters above the heavens!” (Psalms 148:1-4)

The scriptures above affirm that the heavens possess tangible, physical properties, as they are described as holding back the waters separated during the creation of the world. These very waters, along with those from the deep, were unleashed during the great flood, overwhelming the earth.

“In the six hundredth year of Noaḥ’s life, in the second new moon, the seventeenth day of the moon, on that day all the fountains of the great deep were broken up, and the windows of the heavens were opened.” (Genesis 7:11)

Heaven as the Dwelling Place of the Most High

“And the Dwelling Place of Elohim was opened in the heaven, and the ark of His covenant was seen in His Dwelling Place. And there came to be lightnings, and voices, and thunders, and an earthquake, and great hail.” (Revelation 11:19)

“Who is building His upper room in the heavens, and has founded His firmament on the earth, who is calling for the waters of the sea, and pours them out on the face of the earth – יהוה is His Name.” (Amos 9:6)

Heaven is not an abstract, intangible concept existing only in our imagination. This misconception arose largely due to modern ‘science’ promoting a cosmological model that contradicts biblical accounts. In truth, heaven is both spiritual and physical, a real and tangible realm. The true Temple also resides in the heavens, serving as the dwelling place of the Most High.

“And another messenger came out of the Dwelling Place which is in the heaven, and he too held a sharp sickle.” (Revelation 14:17)

“And after this I looked and saw the Dwelling Place of the Tent of Witness in the heaven was opened. And out of the Dwelling Place came the seven messengers having the seven plagues, dressed in clean bright linen, and having their chests girded with golden bands.” (Revelation 15:5-6)

“For if indeed He were on earth, He would not be a priest, since there are priests who offer the gifts according to the Torah, who serve a copy and shadow of the heavenly, as Mosheh (Moses) was warned when he was about to make the Tent. For He said, “See that you make all according to the pattern shown you on the mountain.” (Hebrews 8:4-5)

The Tent of Appointment, the Tabernacle, and the Temple are all models of the ones in Heaven.

“Yah is in His set-apart Hĕḵal, The throne of יהוה is in the heavens. His eyes see, His eyelids examine the sons of men.” (Psalms 11:4)

Yah’s throne is seated in the heavens.

“Now the summary of what we are saying is: We have such a High Priest, who is seated at the right hand of the throne of the Greatness in the heavens, and who serves in the set-apart place and of the true Tent, which יהוה set up, and not man.” (Hebrews 8:1-2)

Yeshua serves as the High Priest in the heavenly Temple, seated at the right hand of the throne of El Shaddai. This is not a metaphysical concept devoid of substance but a tangible and real existence within the heavenly realm.

The Seven Layers of Heaven

“Hear, then, concerning the seven heavens. The lowest is for this cause more gloomy, in that it is near all the iniquities of men. The second hath fire, snow, ice, ready for the day of the ordinance of YHWH, in the righteous judgment of Elohim: in it are all the spirits of the retributions for vengeance on the wicked. In the third are the hosts of the armies which are ordained for the day of judgment, to work vengeance on the spirits of deceit and of Beliar. And the heavens up to the fourth above these are holy, for in the highest of all dwelleth the Great Glory, in the holy of holies, far above all holiness. In the heaven next to it are the angels of the presence of YHWH, who minister and make propitiation to the YHWH for all the ignorances of the righteous; and they offer to YHWH a reasonable sweet-smelling savor, and a bloodless offering. And in the heaven below this are the angels who bear the answers to the angels of the presence of YHWH. And in the heaven next to this are thrones, dominions, in which hymns are ever offered to Elohim. Therefore, whenever YHWH looketh upon us, all of us are shaken; yea, the heavens, and the earth, and the abysses, are shaken at the presence of His majesty; but the sons of men, regarding not these things, sin, and provoke the Most High.” (The Testament of Levi Section 3)

“And while he was yet speaking, the expanses opened, and there below me were the heavens, and I saw upon the seventh firmament upon which I stood a fire widely extended, and the light which is the treasury of life, and the dew with which Elohim will awaken the dead, and the spirits of the departed righteous, and the spirits of those souls who have yet to be born, and judgment and righteousness, peace and blessing, and an innumerable company of angels, and the Living Ones, and the Power of the Invisible Glory that sat above the Living Ones. And I looked downwards from the mountain on which I stood to the sixth firmament, and there I saw a multitude of angels of pure spirit, without bodies, whose duty was to carry out the commands of the fiery angels who were upon the seventh firmament, as I was standing suspended over them. And behold, upon this sixth firmament there were no other powers of any form, save only the angels of pure spirit. And He commanded that the sixth firmament should be removed from my sight, and I saw there on the fifth firmament the powers of the stars which carry out the commands laid upon them, and the elements of the earth obeyed them.” (The Apocalypse of Abraham 25-27)

Levi details seven layers of the heavens, seven firmament layers, each with its own purpose.

• The 7th Heaven- Dwelling place of the Most High and His son.
• The 6th Heaven- Angels of the Presence, their Temple, and their homes.
• The 5th Heaven- The stars and the Angels who bear answers to the Angels of the Presence.
• The 4th Heaven- Thrones and Dominions in which hymns are ever offered to the Father.
• The 3rd Heaven- Paradise, New Jerusalem, Mount Zion, Holy City, Kingdom of Elohim, the restored garden of Eden, the Sun and Moon, and the Angel armies ordained for the Day of Judgment.
• The 2nd Heaven- Fire, snow, and ice, prepared for the Day of Yah.
• The 1st Heaven- Waters.

Insights from Paul

With this deeper understanding of the heavens and their distinct characteristics, we can better comprehend Paul's account of the man who was caught up to the third heaven.

“I know a man in Messiah who fourteen years ago – whether in the body I do not know, or whether out of the body I do not know, Elohim knows – such a one was caught up to the third heaven. And I know such a man – whether in the body or out of the body I do not know, Elohim knows –that he was caught up into paradise and heard unspeakable words, which it is not right for a man to speak.” (2 Corinthians 12:2-4)

Paul’s words also support the accounts in The Testament of Levi and The Apocalypse of Abraham, as his description of the third heaven housing paradise aligns seamlessly with these writings.

A Cosmic Conclusion

The journey to understanding the heavens, the firmament, and the true nature of creation is as vast and layered as the heavens themselves. The scriptures and ancient texts offer glimpses into a cosmic design that speaks to both the physical and spiritual realities of Elohim’s handiwork. While we may never uncover every mystery, the pursuit of truth deepens our faith and broadens our understanding of Yah’s infinite wisdom.

Through collaboration and the sharing of insights, we can challenge preconceived notions, rediscover lost truths, and grow closer to the Creator. Let us remain steadfast in our search for knowledge, testing all things with discernment and humility. May Yah light your path and grant you wisdom as you continue to seek Him in all things.

“O hear me, you who created the earth, the one who fixed the firmament by the Word and fastened the height of heaven by the Ruach, the one who in the beginning of the world called that which did not yet exist and they obeyed you.” (2 Baruch 21:4)

Zetetic Astrology: Uncovering the Truth about the Earth's Nature

 

Zetetic Astrology, written by Samuel Birley Rowbotham (AKA Parallax), who in life was an English inventor, writer, philosopher, and mathematician, is a scientific inquiry into the true nature of the earth and, by extension, the universe. He details his experiential process within 314 pages, spanning a wide variety of topics to include experiments that demonstrate the true form of standing water, thus proving the earth to be a plane, to investigating the cause of tides. 

Parallax spends the first section of the book covering his 15 experiments he conducted to prove the earth to be a plane. His attention to detail is exquisite and meticulous; the entirety of the procedure and the conclusion are easy to follow and logical flow. Aided by figures, the reader is given a visual image to help understand what is taking place and how the mathematics applies in the real world. Unlike many scientists of today, Parallax does not substitute complex mathematical formulas for empirical evidence. What can be seen with the eyes and the senses is greatly taken into account, with supporting math that is not too overly complicated. This allows the reader to be able to follow along and not get lost in jargon or abstract concepts. 

A true philosopher in every sense of the word, he defines his terms before he uses them and applies a strictly logical approach to his work. In chapter 1, Parallax, and throughout the book, explains his disgust over the scientific community’s fascination with theories over repeatable, observable experimentation. 

“None can doubt that by making special experiments, and collecting manifest and undeniable facts, arranging them in logical order, and observing what is natural and fairly deducible therefrom, the result must be more consistent and satisfactory than the contrary method of framing a theory…of which there is no direct and practical evidence…for the purpose of giving an apparent and plausible, but not necessarily truthful explanation of phenomena.” (Parallax, pg. 11)

Having read the entirety of the book, I must admit that Parallax’s style of writing is satisfying to read as it is informative. He spared no expense in his search for the truth, and it shows not only in his experiments but also in his examinations for the so-called “proofs” of earth’s rotundity (second half of the book). Both a gentleman and a scholar, he did not rely on the tactics of name-calling or belittling an idea, as the intelligentsia of today is so quick to do. Instead, he approached each objection with a high level of reasoning and rationale to rival the great philosophers of old. Parallax dedicated his life to this research, and while he was alive, he eagerly debated and presented his ideas. Here is a sample list of organizations that praised him for his research (the end of the book contains what exactly they had to say): Wilts Independent, Liverpool Mercury, Athlone Sentinel, Westmeath Independent, Preston Guardian, Leicester Chronicle, Norfolk Herald, Yarmouth Free Press, Cambridge Chronicle, Croydon Chronicle, Leicestershire Mercury, and South Mid-land Free Press. 

Unfortunately, you may have never heard of Parallax or his work, and this, I believe, is by design. The academics and the ruling elites are always seeking to cover up or hide away people or work that goes against the narrative. You know this to be true and have probably witnessed this for yourself, especially in recent years. If you are genuinely interested in what Parallax wrote and want to dip into one of the most fascinating minds of the 19th century, then consider picking up a copy. I thoroughly enjoyed it and highly recommend it!

Understanding Biblical Cosmology and the Evidence for a Young Earth

 

If you already believe in Biblical Cosmology (flat, enclosed, stationary, and localized), then you probably already believe that the earth is young as well. I know that for me, I was a young-earth creationist long before I discovered the flat earth. The two obviously fall under Biblical cosmology but the young earth is a bit more accepted in mainstream Christianity. Say you’re a flat earther, and watch how many friends and family members shun you. With that being said, the young earth could be used as a gateway for people to learn the truth about reality (Biblical Cosmology). Unlike the flat earth, where you can find scriptures that support the model throughout the Bible, the evidence for a young earth is really only in Genesis.

The Days of Creation

“ ...and there came to be evening and there came to be morning, one day.” (Genesis 1:5)

“...and there came to be evening and there came to be morning, the second day.” (Genesis 1:8)

“And there came to be evening and there came to be morning, the third day.” (Genesis 1:13)

“And there came to be evening and there came to be morning, the fourth day.” (Genesis 1:19)

“And there came to be evening and there came to be morning, the fifth day.” (Genesis 1:23)

“...And there came to be evening and there came to be morning, the sixth day.” (Genesis 1:31)

We see that after each portion of creation is complete, whether that be the forming of the earth and firmament or creating the sun and moon, it always finishes with “and there was evening and there was morning, the (blank) day.” Now, some people might say, “Yeah, but a day is like a thousand years and a thousand years is like a day to the Lord.” They are quoting from scripture, but take it out of context. Let’s look at that verse in the full context of what Peter was talking about.

Peter’s Usage of Simile 

“knowing this first: that mockers shall come in the last days with mocking, walking according to their own lusts, and saying, “Where is the promise of His coming? For since the fathers fell asleep, all continues as from the beginning of creation.” For they choose to have this hidden from them: that the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of water and in the water, by the Word of Elohim, through which the world at that time was destroyed, being flooded with water. And the present heavens and the earth are treasured up by the same Word, being kept for fire, to a day of judgment and destruction of wicked men. But, beloved ones, let not this one matter be hidden from you: that with יהוה one day is as a thousand years, and a thousand years as one day. יהוה is not slow in regard to the promise, as some count slowness, but is patient toward us, not wishing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.” (2 Peter 3:3-9)

First off, Peter was not talking about creation; he was talking about how people will mock those who say the Messiah is coming. Peter then goes on to tell us that the reason Yeshua is taking so long to return is that he wants everyone to come to repentance. 

Since we’re talking about repentance and sin, let me take this moment to show you what the Bible’s definition of sin is. 

“Everyone doing sin also does lawlessness, and sin is lawlessness.” (1 John 3:4) Torah is often translated as law.

To repent is to turn away from sin; therefore, repentance is to turn to Torah, to walk in the ways of our Elohim. Anyway, back to Biblical Cosmology, notice that Peter says, “is as” and not “is” or “is a”. It’s a simile! The definition of a simile is, “a figure of speech involving the comparison of one thing with another thing of a different kind, used to make a description more emphatic or vivid.” Peter used a simile to illustrate the patience and long-suffering of our Adonai, he is not saying a day is a thousand years to Him but that it is like that. Elohim exists outside of time. He created everything, and as far as we know, time did not start until creation began, and He was here before. 

The Setting Apart of the Sabbath

Now, let’s look at the beginning of Genesis 2 to see the seventh day being made holy and, in effect, becoming the Sabbath. 

“Thus the heavens and the earth were completed, and all their array. And in the seventh day Elohim completed His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had made. And Elohim blessed the seventh day and set it apart, because on it He rested from all His work which Elohim in creating had made.” (Genesis 2:1-3)

If creation took place over trillions of years, did Elohim make the next trillion years a Sabbath? Of course not, that doesn’t make any sense. Now I’ve heard the argument put forth that can’t be the Sabbath, for the Torah was not given till Moses. But the Bible indicates something else.

“Of all the clean beasts take with you seven pairs, a male and his female; and of the beasts that are unclean two, a male and his female.” (Genesis 7:2)

Here we see that Noah had some idea of what clean and unclean animals are, which is detailed in the Torah (YHWH’s instructions).

“because Aḇraham obeyed My voice and guarded My Charge: My commands, My laws, and My Torot.” (Genesis 26:5) 

Torot is the plural form of Torah, i.e., teachings or instructions. Genesis 26 tells us flat out that Abraham obeyed the commandments and His laws (Torah or Torot for plural). In Exodus, we get a clear answer to whether what happened in Genesis 2:1-3 was the Sabbath being set forth. 

“For in six days יהוה made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, and rested the seventh day. Therefore יהוה blessed the Sabbath day and set it apart.” (Exodus 20:11) 

There you have it, the event of Genesis 2:1-3 was indeed the setting of the Sabbath, not only that, but we get even more confirmation that creation was done in 6 days. 

No Evidence to Support the Gap Theory 

There is this idea floating around called the “Gap Theory.” It states that there is a long period of time in between Genesis 1:1 and 1:2. Let’s have a look for ourselves and see if we find any indications of a “gap”. 

“In the beginning Elohim created the heavens and the earth. And the earth came to be formless and empty, and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of Elohim was moving on the face of the waters.” (Genesis 1:1-2)

I did not see any evidence to support the “Gap Theory”, but I know where it comes from. It comes from believers wanting what the world says and what the Bible says to coexist. “Science,” says the earth took trillions of years to form, the Bible says it took one day. They do not mesh; stop trying to conform the Bible and conform yourself to the Bible. People might say, “What about carbon dating?” Its accuracy has been in question for years, and above that, I don’t trust mainstream science that pushes for a godless universe. They have been proven liars time and time again. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. Continue to believe pathological liars, and you have issues. 

We must understand that there is good and there is evil, and Satan is doing all he can to fool the world into believing neither he nor YHWH exists. Do your own research! Don’t take my word for it; search out these matters for yourself. I pray the Rauch Hakodesh guides you into all truth.

Biblical Cosmology, The sun and Moon

 

We continue our journey of Biblical cosmology with the sun and moon. We’ve touched briefly on the nature of the sun, such as it not being a star, but now we’re going to dive into scripture and see what we find. Later we’ll also look at empirical evidence to support the claims made by the Bible, but without further ado, I bring you the reality of the sun and moon.

Two Heavenly Bodies, Two Different Lights

“And Elohim made two great lights: the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night, and the stars. And Elohim set them in the expanse of the heavens to give light on the earth, and to rule over the day and over the night, and to separate the light from the darkness. And Elohim saw that it was good.” (Genesis 1:16-18) 

On day four we have YHWH creating the sun and moon and assigning them their place in the firmament. The sun will be over the day and the moon will be over the night, from this we can gather that the moon sheds its own light. This is further supported by the following Bible verses.

“For the stars of the heavens and their constellations do not give off their light. The sun shall be dark at its rising, and the moon not send out its light.” (Isaiah 13:10) 

“And when I extinguish you, I shall cover the heavens, and make its stars dark. I shall cover the sun with a cloud, and the moon shall not give her light.” (Ezekiel 32:7)

“And immediately after the distress of those days the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give its light, and the stars shall fall from the heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken. ” (Matthew 24:29) 

Some may rebuttal that the two great lights give off their own light by saying in the scriptures above the sun and moon are darkened at the same time. Thus, they will conclude since the sun has gone dark there will be no light for the moon to reflect on the earth. To that I say to reread the scriptures again, it clearly states in all the above Bible verses that the moon shall not cause her light to shine. Not the light of the sun that she supposedly reflects but her own light that she generates. 

“And I looked when He opened the sixth seal and saw a great earthquake came to be. And the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood.” (Revelation 6:12)

With this scripture we have the sun being darkened but the moon does not turn black, rather it turns blood red. Supporting the Biblical claim that the sun and moon give off their own light, not the moon reflecting the sun’s. 

Moonlight is Cold

Here’s an experiment you can do at home to prove that the moon gives off her own light, you’ll need two thermometers (preferably digital) and a full moon. When the time comes, place one of the thermometers in a spot that is shaded and the second one in direct moonlight. I would wait a few hours then go check and compare the temperatures on the two thermometers. You’ll notice that the thermometer that was placed in the shade is warmer than the one placed in direct moonlight. Completely opposite of what we experience during the daytime, this is empirical scientific evidence that the light from the moon is different than the light from the sun. We can conclude this because if the moon was reflecting the sun’s light it would be warm and not cold.

I mentioned this next Bible verse in another post but since it is about the sun I’ll show it again.

“So the sun stood still, and the moon stopped, till the nation avenged itself upon their enemies. Is this not written in the Book of Yashar? (Jasher) Thus the sun stopped in the midst of the heavens, and did not hasten to go down for an entire day ” (Joshua 10:13) 

Some will argue that he was writing based on his perspective, these people also tend to believe that they are revolving around the sun. And according to their sacred science, the earth is spinning along its axis which keeps us firmly planted on the ground. Well, if they want to say that the earth is the one that stood still and not the sun as the Bible clearly states. Then they must reason how it is that everyone on the “planet” didn’t fly off because we were no longer experiencing the spin that keeps us on earth. Hopefully this example helps to open your eyes, the Bible is the truth and YHWH knows His creation better than Neil deGrasse Tyson, Bill Nye, Richard Dawkins, and Lawrence M. Krauss. These gentlemen here are into what we call scientism.

The Sun and the Moon are the Same Size

The book of 1 Enoch is a fascinating read and I truly believe it should be canonized, the prophet Jude thought so as well. In the book, Enoch himself gives us an account of the heavenly luminaries pretty much throughout his teachings, but especially with “The Book of Astronomy and Calendar” which runs from chapters 72-82. Most of these chapters talk about the sun and moon and the laws applied to them, such as their movements, and it is here that Enoch says something rather interesting. 

“As he rises, so he sets and decreases not, and rests not, but runs day and night, and his light is sevenfold brighter than that of the moon; but as regards size they are both equal.” (1 Enoch 72:37) 

Enoch knew that the sun did not just dissipate, he knew that even when it set, the sun was still burning and working. That even if it was night where he was, that somewhere it was daytime and the sun was shining his light. Enoch also states that the sun and moon are the same sizes! This makes sense when we think of an eclipse because the moon perfectly covers up the sun. 

The Sun and the Moon and the Usage of Gender Specific Pronouns  

Have you noticed? Whenever the Bible refers to the sun it's with a masculine pronoun and the moon with a feminine pronoun. You know I don’t claim to know everything, and this is one of those subjects that I do not know. So, I ask you the question, why do you think the Bible refers to them as male and female? Biblical Cosmology, The Firmament Part 2

This is my continuation on the topic of the firmament, my first post on it dealt entirely with the Biblical proof for a solid dome-like structure above the face of the earth. With this post, we’ll look at the secular proof for the firmament, so if you have not read “Biblical Cosmology, the Firmament” please click here.

Admiral Byrd and his Trip to Antarctica 

Our journey begins with a man named Richard E. Byrd or more commonly known as Admiral Byrd. He was a highly decorated service member achieving the Medal of Honor and had an unquenchable thirst for exploring the unknown. This drive sent him to Antarctica numerous times, but the one expedition of interest is “Operation HighJump” (1946–1947). For this mission he was supported by the US Navy, giving him plenty of ships, boats, aircraft, and personnel to accomplish his goal. Well, he found something in Antarctica and in an interview gave an account of what he saw. At the bottom of the page, I’ll post links for videos that deal with Admiral Byrd and his time spent in Antarctica.

Here are a few quotes pulled from that interview, “Strangely enough, there is an area left in the world today an area as big as the United States that’s never been seen by a human being.” Byrd said he found this area as he moved further into Antarctica and even went on to say, “It’s an untouched reservoir of natural resources”. This isn’t the desolate wasteland of ice and snow that we typically think about when we imagine Antarctica, but according to the admiral if you travel far enough inland that is what you’ll see. Now unfortunately we cannot trust everything Byrd said as he was a Freemason, but it has been reported that he lost plane after plane due to some invisible barrier. Not too long after this started taking place did the expedition end, six months ahead of schedule mind you. 

Antarctica is Off Limits 

Admiral Byrd participated in one last mission to Antarctica, “Operation Deep Freeze 1” (1955–1956), it was during this time that the United States set up permanent bases there. Three years after this expedition, The Antarctic Treaty (1959) is created and agreed upon by 12 countries (Today that number is 53). This treaty makes it illegal for everyday citizens to travel to Antarctica, sure some cruises will take to you to certain areas, but you will not be able to go exploring on your own. In fact, people have been arrested and vanished for unauthorized sailing in the arctic waters, Jarle Andhoy is one such person who was detained after he went searching for the missing Berserk vessel. Not only is sailing or trekking across Antarctica illegal but you can’t even fly a plane over it. Something interesting to note, no one has ever flown over the South Pole, you would think someone with enough money would want the title of being the first person to achieve such a feat. But as you and I know it’s impossible to fly over the South Pole, as some of the pilots found out with Admiral Byrd. 

Testing the Firmament 

Something is found in Antarctica, most likely the edge of the dome, then the area is shut down and kept by various countries around the world; the treaty of which has never been violated. The next event to occur is “operation fishbowl project Dominic” (1962), translated it reads fishbowl of the Lord, a very peculiar name wouldn’t you say? During this operation, both the United States and the Soviet Union launch nuke after nuke straight up into the sky. Why? Many others in the truth community believe they were testing the boundaries of the firmament. Here’s a quote from Dr. John Mack, Dept. of Defense during operation fishbowl, “Nothing has or ever will penetrate the glass dome”. If you found out you lived inside of an enclosed system wouldn’t you start testing the boundaries and trying to figure out how far it goes, how high it reaches, and if you can dig underneath it? That’s exactly what the US and Russia did, they even started digging, the deepest hole is the Kola borehole and it only goes 8 miles down! Yet in school, we’re taught that scientists know exactly how far it is to the center of the earth and what lies there. 

It is time to wake up from the lies that the elites are trying to brainwash us with, it’s time to start thinking for ourselves and questioning what mainstream media and science tell us. Debunking the Globe Earth Theory: Empirical Evidence of a Flat Earth

 

Since we were children, we have been indoctrinated to believe that we live on a globe and that we are floating through an indifferent universe. Think back to when the concept of the globe was first introduced to you, can you pinpoint that exact moment? For most of us, we can’t because the concept was brought before us at such a young age whether by the school system, our parents, or even the TV. 

The Theory of Gravity, Not Fact of Gravity 

We might have asked our teacher how it is we don’t fall off the earth to which she replied gravity, with such confidence that we believed she was stating a fact. But as it is, gravity is a theory! The definition of a theory is “a supposition or a system of ideas intended to explain something, especially one based on general principles independent of the thing to be explained.” And the definition for supposition is “an uncertain belief.” Neil deGrasse Tyson was asked what gravity is, his response to this question was, “I have no idea,” and then said, “Okay, next question.” Now mainstream media tries to play this off as a joke, but he was completely serious when he said that. To recover from that question, he went on to say he knows what gravity can do. Seeing something fall to the ground doesn’t equate to gravity, we live in an enclosed system, so why would it be in our nature to magically fly into the sky? They claim gravity keeps the oceans locked to the earth but apparently gravity doesn’t have enough strength to keep birds, planes, flying insects, people jumping, etc. glued to the ground? The Nile River runs from South to North, if you look at a globe the Nile river is climbing up the planet. How is that and why is it stronger than “gravity”? What’s happing however is that the Nile River is flowing from an area of high elevation into a lower area. 

No Visible Proof of Curvature  

Scientists say the trigonometry for determining the curvature for the earth is eight inches per mile squared. It is common knowledge that on a clear day you can see the shores of France from the coast of Britain, which is about 10 miles away. According to their math, from Britain’s perspective, France should be 66.6 feet below the horizon! YouTuber Rob Skiba has documented seeing Chicago on the other side of Lake Michigan, which is a distance of 46 miles away. Again, according to their math, Chicago should be more than 1,066.6 feet below the horizon. Of course, the world is going to put out damage control and say it was a mirage but that makes no sense. It takes very specific atmospheric conditions to create a mirage, and Chicago has been seen from the other side of lake Michigan multiple times. 

Planes Flying Over a Plane  

When my wife and I were coming back from Kuwait, we had a layover in Ireland, and from there we went through Hudson Bay, Canada, to get to Texas. Back then, I didn’t know the Earth was flat and told my wife, “Why are we going this way to get to Texas?”. If you know your geography, it is way out of the way to go through Canada to get to Texas from Ireland on a globe. But then I saw a flat earth map and I ran my finger from Ireland to Texas, and you know what? It made perfect sense to go through Hudson Bay, Canada, to get to Texas; it’s a straight shot on a flat earth. Since we’re talking about planes, the next time you fly, look out the window, and you’ll notice there is no curvature but a flat horizon. And if you can remember, bring with you a level, take note that after the plane reaches its altitude, the plane flies perfectly level. That would be impossible on a globe, remember 8 inches per mile squared? Well, the pilot would have to be dipping the nose of the plane continuously to follow the curvature. 

A Spinning Earth Would be Problematic for Planes and Helicopters  

If the earth is rotating at 1,000 miles an hour, then how is it a helicopter can hover above a certain spot? The helicopter is now independent of the ground and would not be spinning with the earth, yet as we all know helicopters can hover for long periods above a single point. For instance, snipers claim they have to take into consideration the spin of the earth before they take a shot, which is false, but let’s assume that was true. A bullet spends less than five seconds flying through the air, in that time the earth is spinning below it, thus snipers need to account for this during long-range shots. If this was true, how is it possible for a helicopter to hover above something? The object the helicopter was hovering over would be constantly moving away from the aircraft. So, if the earth is spinning, then how is it possible for an airplane to land on a runway? 

This is empirical evidence that the earth is flat and still, not pseudo-science that the mainstream media use to push their agendas. If you would like to see more flat earth proofs, then please check out my Pinterest account. 

What the Bible Says About the Shape of the Earth

“It is He who sits above the circle of the earth, and its inhabitants are like grasshoppers, who stretches out the heavens like a curtain, and spreads them out like a tent to dwell in,” (Isaiah 40:22)

A circle is not three-dimensional, it is two-dimensional, and no Isaiah was not writing based on his perspective. See my post titled “Biblical Literalism” for why that is a nonsensical objection and is logically bankrupt. 

“When He prepared the heavens, I was there, When He inscribed a circle on the face of the deep,” (Proverbs 8:27)

Remember in Genesis when the Spirit of YHWH hovered over the great deep? If not go back and give it a read. (A sphere does not have a face, it has a surface). 

“Where were you when I laid the foundations of the earth? Declare, if you have understanding. Who set its measurements, if you know? Or who stretched the line upon it?” (Job 38:4-5)

As always don’t believe a word I say, research it for yourselves, and do not be mindlessly spoon feed information and take it as fact. I hope this brings wonder and a thirst to know more and may the Holy Spirit guide you on your journeys.

Biblical Cosmology, The Stars

 

The heliocentric (the sun is the center of the solar system) model was created to take YHWH out and to usher in theories like the big bang and evolution, neither of which have empirical evidence to support their claims, however. Interesting to note, it was a Catholic priest named Georges Lemaîtr who proposed the big bang theory. 

The Stars Make Perfect Circles 

Did you know that science claims the earth is spinning at about 1,000 miles per hour while traveling around the sun at 66,000 mph, while the solar system moves through the galaxy at 490,000 mph, and the galaxy missiles through space at over 1 million mph? I wonder how it is then that stars form perfect circles, how Polaris is always in the North, and how the constellations are always the same. If the earth was really doing all that moving, we would see all sorts of different stars and designs in the sky, we would not see perfect circles. This passage I’m about to share with you is from 1 Enoch, a book that was ripped out of the Bible about 400 to 500 years ago. 

“Observe ye everything that takes place in the heaven, how they do not change their orbits, and the luminaries which are in the heaven, how they all rise and set in order each in its season, and transgress not against their appointed order…” (1 Enoch 2:1-2) 

The True Nature of the Stars

From Enoch, we learn that the stars have a fixed orbit around the earth and that they do not deviate from that path. Some do and are punished, but you may be wondering how the stars can be punished or even have a will of their own? That’s because the stars are actually angels.

“The secret of the seven stars which you saw in My right hand, and the seven golden lampstands: The seven stars are messengers of the seven assemblies, and the seven lampstands which you saw are seven assemblies.” (Revelation 1:20) *Angels - Messengers

“And the fifth messenger sounded, and I saw a star from the heaven which had fallen to the earth. And the key to the pit of the deep was given to him.” (Revelation 9:1) 

“How you have fallen from the heavens, O Hĕlĕl, son of the morning! You have been cut down to the ground, you who laid low the nations!” (Isaiah 14:12) 

Here we have Yeshua explaining the revelation John had, telling the seven stars he seen were angels. Then how a star is giving the keys to the bottomless pit, and how Lucifer was a bright star that shown during the day before he fell. 

“And having heard the sovereign, they went. And see, the star which they had seen in the East went before them, until it came and stood over where the Child was. And seeing the star, they rejoiced with exceedingly great joy.” (Matthew 2:9-10)

An angel leads the wise men to where the Messiah had been born. 

“when the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of Elohim shouted for joy?” (Job 38:7)

Job 38 is when YHWH answers Job and gives him a stern talking to, I highly recommend reading it, but here you have Elohim saying the stars sang together. How can burning balls of fire sing or hold keys? NASA is lying, the stars are not distant suns but are angels. 

“one esteem of the sun, and another esteem of the moon, and another esteem of the stars – for star differs from star in esteem.” (1 Corinthians 15:41)

The sun, moon, and stars each have different kinds of splendor. The sun is not a star nor the stars a sun, and I’ll leave a link down below to a video that shows amateur shots of stars and how each of them is different, just as the Bible said. 

Wondering Stars and the Planets

“And beyond that abyss I saw a place which had no firmament of the heaven above, and no firmly founded earth beneath it: there was no water upon it, and no birds, but it was a waste and horrible place. I saw there seven stars like great burning mountains, and to me, when I inquired regarding them, the angel said: 'This place is the end of heaven and earth: this has become a prison for the stars and the host of heaven. And the stars which roll over the fire are they which have transgressed the commandment of the Lord in the beginning of their rising, because they did not come forth at their appointed times.” (1 Enoch 18: 12-15) 

“...wandering stars, for whom the gloom of utter darkness has been reserved forever.” (Jude 1:13)

“And I proceeded to where things were chaotic. And I saw there something horrible: I saw neither a heaven above nor a firmly founded earth, but a place chaotic and horrible. And there I saw seven stars of the heaven bound together in it, like great mountains and burning with fire. Then I said: ‘For what sin are they bound, and on what account have they been cast in hither?’ Then said Uriel, one of the holy angels, who was with me, and was chief over them, and said: ‘Enoch, why dost thou ask, and why art thou eager for the truth? These are of the number of the stars of heaven, which have transgressed the commandment of the Lord, and are bound here till ten thousand years, the time entailed by their sins, are consummated.’ And from thence I went to another place, which was still more horrible than the former, and I saw a horrible thing: a great fire there which burnt and blazed, and the place was cleft as far as the abyss, being full of great descending columns of fire: neither its extent or magnitude could I see, nor could I conjecture. Then I said: ‘How fearful is the place and how terrible to look upon!’ Then Uriel answered me, one of the holy angels who was with me, and said unto me: ‘Enoch, why hast thou such fear and affright?’ And I answered: ‘Because of this fearful place, and because of the spectacle of the pain.’ And he said unto me: ‘This place is the prison of the angels, and here they will be imprisoned for ever.’ (1 Enoch 21:1-10) 

Both Enoch and Jude touch on the topic of stars and what their punishment is, notice how it's 7 wondering stars? NASA tells us we have 7 other planets in our solar system, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, and Neptune. Though they are not like what NASA says they are, I wonder if these 7 “planets” could be the wondering stars?

Biblical Cosmology, The Firmament

 

The time has come to dive completely into Biblical cosmology and let me tell you when I learned the truth about the earth, it sent me sprinting to know more about Biblical truths and what else the world had lied about. No longer was YHWH trillions upon trillions of miles away or in a different dimension, but close to His creation and that brought so much joy to my heart! 

The Firmament in Creation

I have heard many theologians and preachers say that the firmament is nothing more than the sky or is space itself, I’ve even heard one pastor say there’s nothing “firm” about the firmament. Let’s start at the beginning and see for ourselves what the creator has to say about His creation.

“And Elohim said, “Let an expanse come to be in the midst of the waters, and let it separate the waters from the waters.” And Elohim made the expanse and separated the waters which were under the expanse from the waters which were above the expanse. And it came to be so. And Elohim called the expanse ‘heavens.’ And there came to be evening and there came to be morning, the second day. And Elohim said, “Let the waters under the heavens be gathered together into one place, and let the dry land appear.” And it came to be so. And Elohim called the dry land ‘earth,’ and the collection of the waters He called ‘seas.’ And Elohim saw that it was good.” (Genesis 1:6-10) 

The big takeaway here is that the firmament or expanse as this translation calls it, is used to separate the two waters, indicating that it has physical properties. Some may claim that the divided waters are the rain and the bodies of water on earth, but this is not true.

“Now no shrub of the field was yet on the earth, and no plant of the field had yet sprung up, for יהוה Elohim had not sent rain on the earth, and there was no man to till the ground, but a mist went up from the earth and watered the entire surface of the ground.” (Genesis 2:5-6) 

It didn’t rain till after man had been created, in addition, there hadn’t been dry land yet. The waters were divided before the earth was formed. When the firmament was created all that existed was Elohim (YHWH), the waters, and light and darkness. Not the sun or the moon, not the stars, and certainly not land and clouds. 

Physical Characteristics of the Firmament 

To further support that the firmament is firm we’ll look at what Job had to say about it.

“Can you, like him, spread out the skies, hard as a cast metal mirror?” (Job 37:18)

Turns out the firmament is actually firm and it's as hard as a cast metal mirror. It’s a solid object that is also transparent, 

“And above the expanse over their heads was the likeness of a throne, in appearance like a sapphire stone. And on the likeness of the throne was a likeness as the appearance of a man high above it.” (Ezekiel 1:26)

What’s Above the Firmament?

Some prophets were given the special privilege to be able to look up and see some of the things that exist in Heaven. I remember how awe-inspiring it was for me when I first realized that the sky is blue not because of the water down here, but possibly because of the water up there.

“Praise Him, heavens of heavens, And you waters above the heavens!” (Psalms 148:4)

You might be a tad bit confused about the waters above the heavens, but the firmament is also called heaven and so is the sky. That makes two heavens that are under the waters, with the third being the heaven we traditionally think about. 

“I know a man in Messiah who fourteen years ago – whether in the body I do not know, or whether out of the body I do not know, Elohim knows – such a one was caught up to the third heaven.” (2 Corinthians 12:2)

The Bible Is Meant to Be Taken Literal: Exploring the Truth Behind Cosmology and Creation

 

You may have heard it said, “The Bible is not meant to be taken literally.” But I tell you today that those who say the Bible is not to be taken literal outside of the times that it talks about dreams, parables, and visions, are supporting a dangerous narrative. It is a slippery slope that leads to the Bible being nothing more than a book of fairy tales and moral guidelines. 

This post sets the foundations for topics that I go over, including but not limited to, flat earth, young-earth, giants, giant trees, creation, and why the world is lying to the public. Without first understanding, the implications for choosing to interpret the Bible in an allegorical sense, you or those you seek to enlighten, may never see the error of their ways.

How Does the Bible Define Itself?  

First, we must cover what the Bible says about itself, then the problems that arise from viewing the Bible through figurative lenses, and finally I will list several YouTube videos that I believe will expand on what was covered today. 

The Bible is the inspired word of Elohim or YHWH (as it is written in Hebrew), this is evident by the following verses.

“All Scripture is breathed out by Elohim and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for setting straight, for instruction in righteousness,” (2 Timothy 3:16)

All of scripture is the word of YHWH, no words written in the Bible came from man alone. 

“for prophecy never came by the desire of man, but men of Elohim spoke, being moved by the Set-apart Spirit.” (2 Peter 1:21)

The prophets who wrote the Bible did not write based on their perspective as many liberal theologians and preachers teach but wrote as the Set-Apart Spirit instructed them, thus making the Bible the written word of YHWH. This is further solidified by 

“And we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit that is from Elohim, in order to know what Elohim has favorably given us, which we also speak, not in words which man’s wisdom teaches but which the Set-apart Spirit teaches, comparing spiritual matters with spiritual matters. ” (1 Corinthians 2:12-13) 

The Bible's Take on Cosmology 

The Bible's Take on Cosmology Now that we understand that the Bible is the word of YHWH, we’ll look at flat earth and see what the Bible says. This will only be a survey of the topic as I plan on expanding on it in a later post. It may seem that we are on a flying ball hurtling through space, but NASA lies, and the Bible says otherwise. 

We’re all taught that the sun was here before the earth and that it helped the earth form, that the universe is ever-expanding, and that the earth revolves around the sun, this is contradictory to what the Bible teaches. On the third day, YHWH creates dry land and calls it Earth,

“And Elohim said, “Let the waters under the heavens be gathered together into one place, and let the dry land appear.” And it came to be so. And Elohim called the dry land ‘earth,’ and the collection of the waters He called ‘seas.’ And Elohim saw that it was good.” (Genesis 1:9-10)

On the fourth day, He creates the sun, moon, and stars, placing them inside the firmament,

“And Elohim said, “Let lights come to be in the expanse of the heavens to separate the day from the night, and let them be for signs and appointed times, and for days and years, and let them be for lights in the expanse of the heavens to give light on the earth.” And it came to be so. And Elohim made two great lights: the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night, and the stars. And Elohim set them in the expanse of the heavens to give light on the earth,” (Genesis 1: 14-17)

YHWH just said He made the Earth on day three and the sun on day four, mental gymnastics not required to understand that. At the end of the week when He finishes creation YHWH had this to say, 

“Thus the heavens and the earth were completed, and all their array.” (Genesis 2:1)

I guess someone should tell the Elohim that He left creation on autopilot and that it's still creating galaxies, planets, and stars. Brothers and sisters, He said it was finished and rested on day seven,

“And in the seventh day Elohim completed His work which He had done, and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had made. And Elohim blessed the seventh day and set it apart, because on it He rested from all His work which Elohim in creating had made.”(Genesis 2:2-3) 

Many people believe that we are on a spinning ball, not according to the Bible,

“Tremble before Him, all the earth. The world also is firmly established, immovable.” (1 Chronicles 16:30)

The earth is not revolving around the sun or flying through space, it is established, being fixed on a foundation,

“He established the earth on its foundations, So that it would not totter forever,” (Psalm 104:5)

As for the shape of the earth, it is described as such, 

“It is He who sits above the circle of the earth, and its inhabitants are like grasshoppers, who stretches out the heavens like a curtain, and spreads them out like a tent to dwell in,” (Isaiah 40:22)

“When He prepared the heavens, I was there, When He inscribed a circle on the face of the deep,” (Proverbs 8:27)

A circle is not a ball, a circle is two-dimensional while a ball is three-dimensional, and remember ALL of scripture is the inspired word of YHWH, I think the creator knows the shape of His creation and who revolves around who.

Do You Believe the Bible or Man? 

There will be those that refute this is what the Bible teaches, however, I have found their interpretations to be full of mental gymnastics, usually a sign of incorrectly explaining scripture. But, let's look at what happens when we take the word of YHWH to be nothing more than metaphorical. If the creation account is a fairy tale of what actually happened, then how can people of faith claim that YHWH created us and that we didn’t evolve from monkeys? If Adam and Eve didn’t really exist, then man didn’t fall ushering in sin and if he didn’t then we don’t need a savor. Where does it stop? Is Moses real? The plagues set on Egypt or the parting of the Red Sea? Were the first ten commandments written with YHWH’s finger? Was Yeshua the son of YHWH? Did Yeshua rise from the grave? Did YHWH flood the whole earth? Keep tugging on this string, this view of the Bible, and by the end, it’s just a story passed down through the generations; No different than ancient mythologies. As always don’t believe a word I say, research this yourself, pray about it and keep an open mind. May the Holy Spirit guide you.
